ISNHS 123rd High School Day: A Celebration of Unity and Pride

 


The 123rd High School Day celebration at ISNHS was a fun and meaningful event. It was a time for students, teachers, and staff to come together and remember the school’s long and proud history. Every year, this celebration reminds us of how far ISNHS has come and how it continues to shape the future of its students.

  The event started with an opening program where school leaders gave speeches about ISNHS’s achievements over the years. It was inspiring to hear about the school’s journey and the people who have helped make it great. After the formal program, we enjoyed different activities such as performances and having booth. These activities made the day exciting and allowed students to showcase their talents.

  One of the best parts of the celebration was spending time with friends and teachers. We laughed, took pictures, and made great memories together. It was a reminder that school is not just about studying it is also about building friendships and learning life lessons.


  

. The yearly celebration of ISNHS’s founding is important because it helps us appreciate our school’s history and traditions. It teaches us to be grateful for the education we receive and the people who guide us along the way. More than just a school event, High School Day is a celebration of unity, pride, and the bright future ahead for ISNHS students.


  As the event came to an end, I felt proud to be part of this school. The 123rd High School Day was not just a day of fun it was a day that reminded us of the legacy we are part of and the responsibility we have to keep the ISNHS spirit alive.

  This quarter I gained so much knowledge and valuable insights from the world of HTML codes and tags. I learned how to make web pages using tags like <html>,<body>,<head> and elements such as <h1> to <h6> for headings, <p> for paragraph and <a> for hyperlinks. Unlocking how these codes work and function was both exciting and rewarding. I learned making tables, inserting images, files and more. This lesson is very advanced and I'm happy that we encounter this as early as now for us to have a knowledge for the future. Not just about tags and codes but also I learned how to manage my time in doing all of my hands on activities for me to pass it on time.     Despite the happiness and excitement, I also faced challenges especially on interpreting what codes or tags I will use.      I would love to share many things but first of all I would like to introduce myself. I’m Iris Amirah Kate Ragudo from Barangay Bagooc , Caoayan Ilocos Sur and a 15 years old lady. I'am currently a grade 10 student of Ilocos Sur National High School from the science technology and engineering program or famously known as special science class. A New Learnings

   In the third quarter, I learned a lot about web development, especially HTML and how websites are organized. I discovered how to use HTML frames to divide a webpage into sections, which helps in creating a clear layout. I also explored HTML lists, which made it easier for me to organize content on a page. Learning about Content-Based Retrieval (CBR) was another interesting discovery, as it showed me how web pages can search for and display relevant content based on what users are looking for. This gave me a better understanding of how websites work behind the scenes.  However, I did face some challenges. One of the main difficulties was working with HTML frames. It was tricky to get everything aligned correctly, and sometimes the layout didn’t look the way I wanted. I also struggled with CBR, especially in figuring out how to use it to make the content retrieval process smooth.
